1. Entry: You will receive one Sweepstakes entry for each dollar credited to your InboxDollars^® account by using Cash Shopping from May 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012. You will not receive Sweepstakes entries for the credits earned from using other InboxDollars^® options such as Cash Offers, Cash Surveys, Cash Games or referring your friends. You only need one entry to win. You receive one entry per dollar credited to your InboxDollars^® account by using Cash Shopping so your chances to win increase with each action. 2. Promotion Period: Each dollar credited to your InboxDollars^® account by using Cash Shopping must be credited between May 1, 2012 and May 31, 2012 to receive entries for the May Shopping Sweepstakes. Please note that your entry will be added when each dollar is credited to your InboxDollars^® account. Allow up to 15 days from the date your dollar was credited to your account.

3. Eligibility: You must be an Active Member residing in the United States to receive Sweepstakes entries. Members must have valid account information in their Member Profile and must be an Active Member at the time of the drawing.

4. Winners' Notification: Winners are chosen via random drawing and will be drawn and announced on June 19, 2012. All winners will have an email sent to the address listed on their Member Profile, some requesting a reply in order to claim their prize. To ensure delivery of this email add the email address MemberRewards@CotterWeb.net to your address book, contact list, allow list or any other email delivery assurance technology your email provider offers.

5. Unclaimed Prizes: Winners will have 14 days from the date of the drawing to reply to the email in order to claim their prize. If the original winner fails to reply to the email if requested by the specified date, the prize will be forfeited by the original winner and a new name will be randomly drawn to claim the prize. The new winner will have 14 days from the date of the redraw to reply if requested. If there is no reply, the prize will be again forfeited and there will be another redraw. This process will continue until the prize is claimed.
