Payment processing updates

Great news for our members!

Knowing that we’ve been able to make a difference in your lives – whether small or large – is what motivates us every day. At a time when there’s so much concern about everyone’s well-being, we want to take a moment to share some good news with you. We are making changes to our redemption process that will allow us to deliver your payments faster and more rewarding.

Effective April 7, 2020 we are removing the $3 processing fee for new payment requests when members cash out. (Payment requests made prior to this date will still have the processing fee.) And to help our members even more, we have removed the Non-Gold processing time requirements and will allow all members who request payment by Sunday, 11:59 p.m. CT to have their payment processed on the following Wednesday. This means members get their cash even quicker.

As always, InboxDollars will continue to strive to bring the best experience possible to our members and as always we appreciate your support and feedback.

Most offer earnings will be credited to the member’s InboxDollars® account within a few business days of offer completion. Some offers may credit immediately, while others may take up to 30 days to credit. Members should read and comply with all requirements of an offer to ensure timely credit.

InboxDollars® credits members for completing offers based on information we receive from our Advertisers. Thusly, the Advertiser has the final say in whether or not a member is credited for completing an offer. For more information, please read full terms of CASH OFFER CREDITING.
