Gift cards that have no remaining balance, including limited edition cards, cannot be replaced.

If your lost or stolen Starbucks gift card is not registered, it can still be replaced. Bring your original receipt to a Starbucks store and a barista may be able to replace the card. You must have your original receipt or proof of purchase.
